Antonio Miguel Ocasio

With over twenty years of practice experience, Tony advises institutional and non institutional clients on corporate, technology, employment, and real estate matters. His practice also includes the representation of private equity firms and family offices on investments in a range of sectors. In this capacity he works extensively with both fund management teams and portfolio company executives, developing successful strategies for maximizing growth while minimizing risk.


Tony has served as General Counsel for a multinational technology and digital media company and has also held the position of Assistant General Counsel for Walmart Stores, Inc.  He began his career in the Mexico City office of Hogan Lovells.


He is fluent in English and Spanish and has lived in the United States, Mexico, and France. 


He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Museum of  Contemporary Art (Hudson Valley MOCA) and has served on the Board of Directors of SCO-Family Dynamics.
