A pioneer in structuring sales of corporate liability portfolios to fund management teams, Holland advises both Fortune 100 companies as well as investment teams through each step of the process. His expertise in M&A and investment law have also positioned him as a key advisor to investment teams as well as to businesses seeking to sell or raise capital.
Holland is the co-founder of Teddington LLC, a principal backer in targeted manufacturing and logistics deals including, among others, Rhino Healthcare. He is also co-founder of FOCAL, the Family Office Center for Analytics and Learning, a live training institute serving family office members and managers.
Holland speaks English, Spanish, German, and Mandarin and has lived in the United States and Hong Kong.
