Jennifer Bergenfeld

Jennifer provides expert counsel for financial institutions, investment vehicles, corporate entities, and non-profit organizations. She is both a transactional and regulatory attorney, experienced with securities, corporate finance, fintech, contract negotiation, and corporate governance.

Having served for 15+ years as senior counsel for established and early stage financial companies, law firms, and consulting practices, Jennifer also spent over a decade as a Professor of Business Law and Ethics for NYU's Stern School of Business.  She previously served as Chief Legal Officer for the US Mutual Funds Business for HSBC Funds, General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer for Emerging Managers Group, and has also held counsel roles at Exchange Traded Concepts ETF's, Alliance Bernstein, and Morgan Stanley.
