Leona Krasner


Leona provides expert counsel for matrimonial issues including prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, separation agreements, divorce agreements, and uncontested divorces.  Her practice also includes divorce mediation.  Leona’s principal goal is to help her clients reach their matrimonial goals masterfully, expediently, and with minimal stress and cost.

Leona has served as an Assistant Attorney General of New York in the Litigation Bureau, and has also served on the pretrial teams of firms including Sullivan & Cromwell, Cravath, Davis Polk, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP, and White & Case LLP, among others, on corporate and patent matters. 

She is fluent in English and Russian.

Leona is also Founder and Managing Director of “Tunes for Tots & Teens,” a nonprofit through which volunteer musicians play concerts for disadvantaged youth.
