Michael Bloomfield

With over fifteen years of experience as a commercial litigator and transactional attorney, Michael is a dedicated service provider and consigliere for clients in a broad range of industries.  On the litigation side, he handles multi-party business and commercial disputes.  On the transactional side, he advises both corporations and family offices on debt and equity financings, venture capital, and real estate.  Prior to joining Aragon Partners, Michael worked at his own family office, where he focused on real estate investments.  He began his legal career at the firm of Fischbein, Badillo, Wagner and Harding.
