Steven is a 2020 law school graduate, pending admission to the New York State Bar. He collaborates in providing solutions at each part in the life-cycle of client companies.
These include formation, securing funding, capitalization tables, financial modeling, and stock options.
Before law school, Steven led the finance department of a technology SaaS company through its Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds. He also managed the day-to-day financials and worked closely with each department within the company.
From this experience, Steven understands the inner-workings of private companies and can assist with guiding both the finance and legal sides of their needs.
Steven is fluent in English and Russian.
