Antonio brings over twenty years of experience as legal counsel and strategic advisor to multinational businesses, private equity funds, and family investment offices.
Prior to founding Aragon ten years ago, Antonio served as Senior Counsel and then as Assistant General Counsel for Walmart Stores, where he led a team that supported the real estate and construction units of the company.
Antonio's areas of expertise include corporate, real estate, and M&A. He began his legal career in the Mexico City Office of Hogan Lovells/Barrera Siqueiros y Torres-Landa in Mexico City. He was also an Associate at Haynes & Boone’s International Investment Practice.
Antonio was a Charter Member of the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art (Hudson Valley MOCA). He also served on the Board of Directors of SCO-Family Dynamics. He currently serves on the Boards of multiple privately held companies and also leads the firm's Diversity initiatives.

Garrett brings diverse experience as an analyst on private equity transactions, white-collar defense advisory, and cross border legal and tax matters, with a focus on emerging markets. He leads legal and financial due diligence for client projects, and is part of key strategy teams for matters in Private Equity, Latin America Practice, Real Estate, and Corporate Restructuring.
Garrett has held prior internships in management consulting, legal advisory, and business development, with exposure to the legal systems of the US, France, and Cameroon.
Garrett is jointly pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government from Sciences Po Paris. Garrett is fluent English and French, and proficient in Portuguese.

With relevant experience in offshore private banking, U.S. tax and accounting, and legal advisory services, Henry applies his multidisciplinary background to address intricate financial and legal challenges in a global context.
At Aragon, Henry has conducted financial analyses of bank statements and tax returns for complex mediations, worked on tax strategy and reorganization projects for large investment holding corporations, and reviewed Spanish and English contracts to support cross-border legal operations.
Henry is pursuing a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government from Sciences Po Paris.

Alice Oughourlian
Legal Analyst

Alice is currently a student in the Dual BA program between Sciences Po Paris, where she is earning a B.A. in Politics and Government, and Columbia University, where she majors in Economics.
With a strong interest in the intersection of finance and business, she plans to attend law school in the future. Her previous experiences include internships in the finance department of the French luxury goods company Hermès, as well as roles at various think tanks.

Skyler Gluck

Skyler has previously worked as a pro-bono English and Philosophy teacher at the East Harlem School and serves as an economic development reporter for the Columbia Daily Spectator, focusing on West Harlem's changing landscape.
Skyler is completing the Columbia University – Sciences Po Paris Dual BA program, where he studied Political Philosophy and Legal Thought in France. Now back in New York, he studies Comparative Literature and Society. Skyler plans to continue to bridge his passion for the law with political justice by pursuing a degree in law after he graduates from Columbia.
