Antonio brings over twenty years of experience as legal counsel and strategic advisor to multinational businesses, private equity funds, and family investment offices.
Prior to founding Aragon ten years ago, Antonio served as Senior Counsel and then as Assistant General Counsel for Walmart Stores, where he led a team that supported the real estate and construction units of the company.
Antonio's areas of expertise include corporate, real estate, and M&A. He began his legal career in the Mexico City Office of Hogan Lovells/Barrera Siqueiros y Torres-Landa in Mexico City. He was also an Associate at Haynes & Boone’s International Investment Practice.
Antonio was a Charter Member of the Board of Directors of the Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art (Hudson Valley MOCA). He also served on the Board of Directors of SCO-Family Dynamics. He currently serves on the Boards of multiple privately held companies and also leads the firm's Diversity initiatives.

For more than a decade, Taneem has served as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs and innovators. in protecting their IP, setting up business structures, guiding them in overcoming administrative and legal hurdles, and when necessary, litigating on their behalf.
Taneem previously played a key leadership role in a USPTO-led initiative by the United States Government to build a new patent prosecution system.
As head of Data Analytics, he engaged both applicants and patent reviewers. The resulting platform delivered an enhanced user experience and reduced both submission and review time.
