Real estate represents an integral part of the firm’s practice and draws upon multiple specialties. Such specialties include corporate finance, securities regulation, leasing, construction, land use and zoning, and international joint ventures. Capabilities include:

- Advising developers on all aspects of a project from site selection through closing.

Sample Projects
Serve as Outsourced General Counsel for a premier New York City-based brokerage.
- Advised a New Jersey-based developer in connection with the selection, acquisition, and development of a portfolio of mixed-use properties. Portfolio was subsequently sold one year later, generating a significant return for investors.
- Negotiated the renewal of a New York City office lease for an Italian client. The transaction involved the expansion into adjacent office space that required significant build-outs and upgrades by the landlord.
- Represented a real estate opportunity fund in its investment in a development project consisting of fourteen senior living facilities located in seven states.
